Which services can I book via this website?
All services that we offer as a hotel can be booked via this site. You can book a conference room individually, or a room including the desired catering and also any required overnight rooms via this site.
Do I have to register for a booking?
Registration is not necessary. You only need to enter your contact details once, but you do not need to register or anything similar.
Are the search results displayed guaranteed to be available for reservation?
Yes, the page will only show you the available results.
Can I also book the necessary catering directly online at the Hotel Fulda Mitte?

How do I know that my reservation was successful?
You will receive a booking confirmation by email after completing your booking.
What does this booking service cost?
This booking service is completely free of charge.
What exactly does the displayed price represent?
The displayed price is the final price including VAT.
Until when can I cancel my reservation free of charge?
Individual reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Do I need a credit card for my reservation?
90 % of the room rates we offer can be booked without a credit card. However, there are our early booking offers at discounted rates, which can only be booked with a credit card.
What is the difference between the room categories?
Our room categories differ only in location.
The standard rooms face a relatively busy main street, the superior rooms face a quieter side street, and the deluxe rooms are situated quietly facing a landscaped courtyard.
Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend, please let us know in advance that you would like to bring a dog. We charge a cleaning fee of 12.00 euros per day and dog. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants
Where and when do I pay for my reservation?
Almost all reservations made are paid for at our hotel reception on departure. Only the early booking offers have to be paid in advance
Which payment methods can I use to pay for my reservation?
We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners), as well as EC cards and of course cash as a means of payment.
How much does it cost if I bring my partner?
For an accompanying person we charge 20.00 euros per night including breakfast for the companion. Please inform us in advance that you will be bringing a companion.
Until what time can I check in?
The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day, so in principle you can check in all night.
