We will create a Rewards account for you and send you the access data by email.
For your next booking, visit our website and log into the “Rewards” menu item in the booking screen.

With every overnight stay booked in this way, you will collect 100 points. And already from 100 collected points you could redeem the first bonus during your next stay, e.g. a restaurant voucher for 5.00 euros.

Redeeming points

The first bonus is already waiting for you after your first overnight stay. We want you to get the reward you want quickly and easily. That’s why we have made redeeming your points particularly easy. When you log in to our website for your next booking, you will see the available number of points and the possible rewards. You select your desired reward, and it will already be waiting for you at your next check in at Hotel Fulda Mitte.

  • 100 points

    5 € restaurant voucher (redeemable at the bar, restaurant or for the minibar)

  • 100 points

    A fruit platter with lots of vitamins will be waiting for you in your room

  • 200 points

    1 breakfast voucher for the delicious breakfast buffet

  • 300 points

    1 bottle of red or white wine will be waiting for you in your room on arrival

  • 300 points

    2 breakfast vouchers for the delicious breakfast buffet for two people

  • 500 points

    1 delicious 3-course meal for one person served in our restaurant

  • 1.000 points

    A 3-course candlelight dinner for two people, including a bottle of house wine. Served in our restaurant.

    One free night for up to two people in the best available double room

  • 3.000 points

    Two free nights including breakfast buffet for up to two people in the best available double room.

The GTC of Fulda Mitte Rewards

  • Your participation in this programme signifies your agreement and acceptance of these GTC.
  • The Fulda Mitte Rewards programme gives participants the opportunity to earn Fulda Mitte Rewards points, which can be redeemed for meal vouchers or free nights at Hotel Fulda Mitte. We reserve the right to add to or change the rewards at any time. The prerequisite for collecting points is that you open an account and book the overnight stays online via the hotel’s website after logging in with your account on the booking page (“Companies & Rewards” menu item). There is no entitlement to Rewards points for overnight stays booked by other means.
  • If you are not yet a participant, you can enrol in the programme by emailing info@hotel-fulda-mitte.de or by calling the hotel on +49(0)661/8330-907, or at the hotel reception.
  • You must be of legal age to participate.
  • Participation requires correct and complete information including a current, valid telephone number and postal address. This is necessary to create a member account that records your points and account activity (“Account Information”). You may never use another person’s account without permission.
  • You will receive one hundred (100) points for each eligible overnight stay. You may earn points for up to three (3) rooms per stay under the following conditions: (a) one (1) room is occupied by you; (b) you pay for all rooms; (c) points for that room have not been issued to any other Member; and (d) you have booked all rooms online after logging in with your account on the hotel’s website.
  • A conversion of collected points into a reward is possible at the earliest during the next stay and when ordering the reward during the following booking.
  • Points earned under the programme do not expire. However, the hotel reserves the right to discontinue the programme at any time.
